Working under direct supervision using standardized routines, providing information and
advising others, and operating within a defined budget. There is a continual opportunity to have
some impact on the organization's services.

 

Working Environment

 

The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling, frequent climbing and balancing, frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 5% sitting, 75% walking, and 20% standing. The position is
performed under minimal temperature variations and conditions with some exposure to the risk of injury and illness.

 

Experience

 

Job-related experience is desired.

Substitutes who terminate their services with Weber School District are requested to submit a resignation notice to Human Resources via Employee Online. If written resignation is not received and a substitute is inactive for 365 days, they will be terminated as a substitute.
 
The employee may re-apply the following school year if removed from the substitute pool due to inactivity. Rehiring will be based on Weber School District's hiring needs.
