A position has been declared open in the Weber School District at Haven Bay Elementary for a Full Time Counselor. This position is for 8 hours per day, 10 months per year.  

 

This is a new position for the 2024-2025 school year.

Experience and/or training in the following areas is desirable:

• Individual and group counseling/guidance for elementary children.
• Affective prevention and intervention strategies.
• Parent Counseling and training.
• Testing/interpretation
• Guidance assistance and coordination of services for elementary school staff.
• Provide in class support service as needed.
• Applicants must have met the requirements for school counselor in the state of Utah and hold a current license.
