A position has been declared open in the Weber School District at Snowcrest Jr High for a Head Baseball Coach. This position is for miscellaneous hours per day, per Baseball season. 

 

HEAD COACH EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.

THIS POSITION WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL FILLED, AFTER A MINIMUM OF 5 WORKING DAYS.

1. Must be able to work with students, community and peers and promote a positive manner in bringing all these groups together.
2. Secondary baseball experience is desired.
3. Must have an excellent understanding of baseball.
4. Must be at least 21 years of age.
5. Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
6. Varsity or collegiate level experience is preferred.
7. Must be able to motivate and inspire kids to be academic athletes.
8. Must be able to teach student athletes fundamental baseball skills.
9. All conditions being equal, a certified employee of the District or an individual who has passed the State Athletic Certification program will be given priority.
